Hello extended community,

I am currently offering a limited number of FREE EMDR sessions to victims of the LA fire, and have a couple of spots at a reduced fee of $100 per 50 minute session for students pursuing their Masters in psychology or for therapists who are earning their hours. I have in-person appointments available in Santa Barbara, or telehealth through the state of California.

Who I work with:

I work with adults of all ages and couples, presenting with a wide range of issues. I love working with lgbtq+ populations, Spanish speakers, individuals who struggle with anxiety, attachment issues, self advocacy/empowerment, and trauma, as well as couples who I can support in navigating life transitions, communicating more directly and clearly, and deepening emotional intimacy.

My approach:

My style is integrative, blending my humanistic-centered foundation with tools and interventions from various modalities, including depth psychology, CBT, EMDR, psychodynamic theory and feminist psychology.
